- Gather and analyze client requirements
- Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting and HR
- Prepare functional documentation and user training
- Support UAT, go-live and post-implementation reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Odoo certification is a plus
Design and build custom Odoo modules, integrations and reports for industry-specific ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules
- Build integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Optimize performance and support upgrades and migrations
Requirements
- 3+ years of Python and Odoo ORM development
- Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs and Git
- Understanding of QWeb, JavaScript and website development
- Problem-solving mindset and clear communication
Translate business needs into clear specifications and bridge clients with our delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements, gap analysis and process flows
- Prepare specifications and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate between clients, consultants and developers
- Track scope, timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 2+ years in business analysis or ERP projects
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to clients
- Industry knowledge in construction, FM or trading is a plus
Be the first line of help for live clients, resolving issues quickly within SLA.
Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets and troubleshoot issues
- Assist users with configuration and how-to questions
- Escalate and document technical issues
- Contribute to the knowledge base
Requirements
- 1+ year of Odoo functional or support experience
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts for 24/7 coverage
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
